Serves seniors, children, disabled adults. Established privately in 1981, purchased by Catholic Charities Bureau in 1996, non-profit, Wisconsin licensed, federally certified, Medicare and Medicaid agency, insurance and self pay. Services include skilled nursing, home health aides, personal care, full rehabilitation including physical, occupational, speech therapies. Fully trained and supervised staff, services to meet needs, visits, 1-24 hour care. Initial assessment available without charge to determine needs. Other services available: community wellness-foot care and blood pressure clinics. Flexible, affordable, dependable.
